Project Description

Within the frameworks of the project, ACT Global will collaborate closely with the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Uzbekistan and the MEF Training Centre to: Develop a practical Green Procurement Guide; Design and deliver a Training-of-Trainers programme; Support pilot projects; Equip SMEs, as well as women- and youth-led enterprises, with practical guidance to participate successfully in green tenders and access EU public procurement markets.

By strengthening institutions, building skills and engaging the private sector, this initiative will help Uzbekistan advance its green transition and make sustainable public procurement a standard practice, not a niche exception.
