Organizational Structure

Organizational Structure

One of the factors often hindering organizational development is the company's structure, particularly when roles and responsibilities are not properly distributed. Moreover, the organizational setup may not align with the company’s strategy, goals, and values, leading to overly bureaucratic processes, delayed decisions, and employee inefficiency.

Our unique holistic approach to organizational diagnostics involves professionals from various fields at the analysis stage. This ensures that the given organization's challenges are assessed from multiple vantage points. Our team consists of experts in strategy, processes, and organizational development (OD).

During the design phase, we conduct a GAP analysis of the organization and assess the current key processes in their “as is” state. This stage also involves analyzing the organization's strategy and preparing a report that is presented to the leadership team.

Developing the organizational structure includes active working meetings with the company's leadership and, potentially, department representatives. Initially, working on the organizational setup is a delicate process, so initial discussions are held in small groups. Once a draft version of the structure has been created, the number of personnel involved gradually expands, encompassing the company's leadership and all relevant stakeholders.

After the final version of the organizational structure has been developed, if necessary, a transition plan is created to ensure a smooth transition into the new organizational setup. Simultaneously, descriptions of the goals and responsibilities of structural units are prepared, and unique job descriptions are developed for each position.
