She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a proven track record in managing complex projects, contributing to evidence-based policy development, and leading advocacy initiatives.
As an Advocacy and Strategic Partnerships Expert at leading child rights INGO, Marika has successfully collaborated with government entities, NGOs, and civil society organizations to strengthen child protection systems and promote social inclusion. She specializes in policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and capacity-building, empowering organizations, initiative groups, and communities to drive meaningful change.
Marika holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Governance and has further enhanced her expertise through the Nonprofit Management and Leadership: Strategies for Organizational Success program at Harvard Kennedy School.
