A seasoned expert in the intersection of engineering and economic processes, Levan focuses extensively on energy market liberalization, renewable energy modeling, and the optimization of smart grids.

His deep technical background allows him to bridge the gap between abstract mathematical theory and practical policy solutions, particularly in conducting rigorous Regulatory Impact Assessments (RIA) and environmental research.
