Levan Pavlenishvili is a Senior Economist at ACT Global, where he specializes economic analysis, consulting and public policy research.
With over a decade of experience as a researcher and consultant, he plays a pivotal role in supporting project implementation and leading bidding teams in the preparation of high-impact project proposals for international and private sector clients. A seasoned expert in the intersection of engineering and economic processes, Levan focuses extensively on energy market liberalization, renewable energy modeling, and the optimization of smart grids.
