Management and development consulting company ACT Global is announcing a vacancy for a full-time Digital Marketing Manager position. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing digital communication and strategic brand development support for ACT Global and its sub-brands - ACT Research and ACT Institute.

Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Zurab Anjaparidze I Lane, #4, Tbilisi
Working Hours: 09:30 - 18:30 (Hybrid, from Monday to Friday, with a one-hour break)
Deadline: 6th of March, 2026.
Main Responsibilities of The Position
The role focuses on the strategic planning and daily management of the digital marketing of all three sub-brands of the company, including website administration, digital campaign execution, results analysis and regular reporting.
The position includes coordination of all stages of digital communication — from content placement and digital campaigns, to results analysis and optimization — and involves close cooperation with internal teams that create professional and thematic content.
Specifically:
• Design long-term and short-term communication strategies in line with company goals.
• Create messaging architecture — based on target audiences.
• Administer company and sub-brand websites, update/enter content, and optimize SEO.
• Plan and manage email marketing — coordinate newsletter sending and analyze results.
• Manage content calendar and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely implementation of digital activities.
• Support the development of ACT Global and sub-brand tone, visual style, and identity (in coordination with internal team).
• Maintain brand communication standards across digital channels and initiate improvements as needed.
• Plan and implement social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) — post content, analyze results, and optimize.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and analysis of results (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and others).
• Increasing employee engagement in digital channels.
• Defining and regularly evaluating KPIs for campaigns and channels.
• Implementing a results-based digital communication management model.
Required Qualifications:
• Higher education in public relations, marketing or related field.
• Experience in website management (preferably with websites built on Laravel and experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms).
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM).
• Experience working with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp / Brevo / HubSpot / Mail Merge or similar).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English (English — C1 level or higher).
• Presentation and visual communication skills.
• Experience in managing projects and team processes.
Work Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in an international or consulting environment is preferred.
• B2B marketing experience (preferably in consulting / research / education).
