This project, implemented under the OECD/INFE Technical Assistance Programme (2023–2027) with support from the Dutch Ministry of Finance, measures financial literacy among adults in ten Dutch Constituency countries: Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, and Ukraine. Using the OECD/INFE International Survey of Adult Financial Literacy, it collects nationally representative data on financial knowledge, attitudes, behaviours, and digital finance practices. The findings provide comparable evidence that helps policy makers strengthen national financial literacy strategies, promote financial inclusion, and enhance citizens’ financial resilience and well-being across the region.
