Elisabed Sikharulidze is a Business Analyst in management consulting, with experience supporting and coordinating long-cycle strategic projects across multiple industries. She is a diagnostician of organizational challenges, taking a holistic view across functions and translating complex business issues into clear, structured strategic insights.

She has experience analyzing and developing board-level reports and strategic documents across organizational redesign, strategic branding, and business strategy projects, ensuring that recommendations are both analytically grounded and actionable. She engages with senior stakeholders and supports proposal development, ensuring alignment between client priorities, strategic direction, and solution design.

Elisabed holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and is currently pursuing an MBA in General Management at Caucasus University. She spent a semester at Comenius University as part of an exchange program, studying European Studies.
