Management and development consulting company ACT Global is seeking a structured and analytical Finance & Performance Consultant to help client organisations understand their financial and operational performance and strengthen business results.

Position: Finance & Performance Consultant — Middle Level
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: GEL 3,200–4,500 gross
Location: Zurab Anjaparidze I Lane, #4, Tbilisi
Working Hours: 09:30 - 18:30 (Hybrid, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour break)
Deadline: 17th of July, 2026

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
The role focuses on helping organisations better understand their financial and operational performance, assess business opportunities, improve decision-making, and strengthen business results.

The selected candidate will work with clients on financial analysis, feasibility studies, performance management, KPI systems, management reporting, budgeting, efficiency improvement, and business performance diagnostics.

Specifically:

  1. Financial and Performance Analysis
  • Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare feasibility analysis for new projects, business initiatives, investments, products, services, or operational changes.
  • Prepare financial and business performance analysis for client projects.
  1. Performance Management and Reporting Support
  • Support the development and improvement of KPI systems, dashboards, and performance management tools.
  • Help client organisations improve budgeting, planning, reporting, and decision-making processes.
  • Translate financial and operational findings into clear, practical, and actionable recommendations.
  1. Client Deliverables and Engagement
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, project materials, and client deliverables.
  • Support senior consultants and project leads in client meetings, workshops, and analytical work.
  • Work with client teams to collect, structure, and interpret relevant data.
  1. Consulting Delivery and Practice Development
  • Support consulting projects related to financial analysis, feasibility studies, business performance, efficiency, and management reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of ACT's finance and performance consulting tools, templates, and methodologies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Good understanding of financial statements, budgeting, cost analysis, profitability, margins, and key business indicators.
  • Understanding of feasibility studies, business cases, investment analysis, and financial viability assessment.
  • Understanding of KPI systems, performance dashboards, management reporting, and business planning processes.
  • Strong Excel skills, with familiarity with dashboards, BI tools, Power BI, or financial modelling considered an advantage.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant professional experience in finance, financial analysis, feasibility analysis, audit, management reporting, business analytics, performance management, or consulting, at a level appropriate for a middle-level consulting role.
  • Experience in consulting, audit, financial advisory, business analytics, feasibility studies, or performance improvement projects is an advantage, along with experience preparing management reports, business cases, feasibility reports, or decision-support materials, and client-facing work in workshops or project-based environments.

  • Ability to work with financial and operational data and translate it into practical recommendations.
  • Ability to prepare clear analytical reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with client teams.
  • Structured thinking, attention to detail, and high sense of responsibility.
  • Solution-centred mindset, willingness to learn, and a good command of English.
