Job Description
ACT Global is seeking a structured and analytical Financial Analyst to join its internal management team and strengthen financial analysis, budgeting, and management reporting across the company.
Position: Financial Analyst — Middle Level
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: GEL 3,200–4,500 gross
Location: Zurab Anjaparidze I Lane, #4, Tbilisi
Working Hours: 09:30 - 18:30 (Hybrid, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour break)
Deadline: 17th of July, 2026
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
The role focuses on strengthening financial analysis, budgeting, management reporting, and data-driven decision-making within the company, working with numbers to uncover the logic behind financial data and translate analysis into clear, practical business insights.
The selected candidate will work closely with the management team, supporting the company in understanding financial performance, planning resources, monitoring budgets, and preparing meaningful reports that help leaders make better decisions.
Specifically:
- Budgeting, Planning, and Reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Prepare regular management reports and financial summaries.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analysis for management needs.
- Financial Performance Analysis
- Analyse financial performance, costs, revenues, margins, and key business indicators.
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing clear and practical insights.
- Help monitor budget execution and identify deviations or risks.
- Data and Process Improvement
- Work with internal teams to collect, organise, and interpret financial data.
- Contribute to improving internal reporting tools, templates, and financial processes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and business performance indicators.
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience using reporting tools or dashboards considered an advantage.
- Ability to work with data and present findings in a clear, simple, and useful way.
- Good command of English.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 2–3 years of experience in finance, financial analysis, accounting, audit, business analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and high learning agility are valued as much as extensive prior experience.
