Tinatin Rukhadze

Tinatin Rukhadze is the co-founder and managing partner of ACT Global. Under her leadership, ACT has evolved from a small Georgian consulting firm into a global player, operating in 35 countries across three continents. 

She spearheads the company’s strategic development, actively participating in its most significant projects as a business strategy and organizational transformation management consultant. 

Tinatin holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Tbilisi State University and an MBA in Management Consulting from Grenoble Ecole de Management. Her 22 years of professional experience, which includes leading her own business and contributing to local and international consulting projects, is a unique asset that she effectively applies to support ACT’s clients in achieving their growth and success. 

Beyond her corporate role, Tinatin is actively involved in social and public initiatives. She mentors start-ups and female entrepreneurs, participates in angel investment projects, and delivers public speeches to promote business knowledge and leadership development. 

In 2014, she co-founded the Women for Tomorrow Business Federation, where she served as Chairwoman from 2014 to 2016, and later as a board member from 2017 to 2023. The federation continues its mission of empowering and supporting women entrepreneurs. 

Her achievements have been recognized internationally. In 2018, Tinatin won the prestigious Clicquot Business Woman Award, which is presented to women leaders around the world who have made significant contributions to global economic and business development.
