Deloitte and Touche LLC assisted Enterprise Georgia in increasing the country’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) potential by studying the local workforce, investigating international practices, and developing investment proposals for potential partners.
Our Role
In the scope of this process, ACT studied Georgia’s BPO market and its potential in the sectors of HR, ICT, CRM, FA, and architecture and design.
Project Outcome(s)
The study results were used to develop evidence-based development strategies for Georgia’s BPO sector and to design attractive investment proposals.
