Lela Goginashvili is a certified project manager with 12 years of experience in development projects. Her experience includes a full project management cycle. Lela is currently a portfolio leader and leads one of the development consulting teams.

At various times Lela has worked in international organizations such as BP, CHF International. She has participated in large-scale projects such as the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded Economic and Infrastructure Projects (GEII & BAVSHVI) and the South Caucasus Gas Pipeline Expansion Project (SCPX).
