Nora Muladze
Bids and Proposals Manager (Commercial Unit)
Nora Muladze is a Fundraiser and Bids & Proposals Manager at ACT Global. She specialises in business development, donor-funded project acquisition, and proposal management, with extensive experience working with international financial institutions and development partners, including the World Bank, ADB, EBRD, GIZ, UNDP and others.
She manages the full proposal development cycle, from opportunity identification and partnership building to the preparation and submission of technical and financial proposals, ensuring full compliance with donor requirements and procurement systems.
Nora studied Development Economics at Clermont Auvergne University (France) as part of an exchange programme and holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the International School of Economics (ISET) at Tbilisi State University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from Tbilisi State University. She currently serves as a Teaching Assistant in economics courses at ISET. Her professional expertise includes economic development, public sector reform, project design, and the implementation of international consulting assignments.
