The World Bank is launching its Business Ready (B-READY) report, evaluating the business and investment climate across the globe.
We're proud to share that ACT has played a pivotal role in this global effort will be providing key evidence for seven countries across Europe and Asia. Data for two economies out of 50 that are already published was collected by our international teams.
B-READY delivers an extensive dataset highlighting the factors that strengthen the private sector, advancing not only individual businesses but also the interests of workers, consumers, future enterprises, and the environment.

This report marks the first in a series, with future editions expanding in geographical scope and refining methodologies to continue supporting reform advocacy, policy guidance, and global research and analysis.

The project of the ACT company “Automation of transcripts using artificial intelligence” won the grant competition within the framework of the digital transformation project of the Georgian Innovation and Technology Agency (GITA) and received a grant of 25,000 GEL.
The winners of the first stage of the grant program within the digital transformation project were also:
IBCCS taxi – development of an e-commerce platform that will automate the planning of the delivery of documents with an apostille and the receipt of notary services.
Densi – digitalization of the workspace of a dental laboratory (creation of a digital workspace for technicians and management)
Bluberrу – creation of an application that ensures the correct recording of the assembly in the daily slot for a specific assembler, as well as automatic weight accounting.
Chirifruit - data digitization, search/implementation of their effective analysis and corresponding response tools
The project is implemented on the basis of the agreement provided for in the treaty signed between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of Georgia on December 12, 2022.
The GITA initiative is supported by the project "Digital Transformation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the Eastern Partnership Countries" (DT4SME), funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).
On June 27, ACT held an event titled "HR Insights: New Horizons in Organizational Development," where innovative research products developed by the ACT team in the field of human capital management and organizational development were presented.
The event was attended by leading HR and OD professionals from the Georgian market. During the event, they had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with four analytical models developed by the ACT team, which are based on the company's many years of research and consulting practice in both local and international markets and reflect the current challenges faced by Georgian organizations:
