Project Description

This project is implemented under the EU4Green Recovery East programme and supports a better understanding of the circular economy (CE) landscape in Eastern Partnership countries. The assignment focuses on identifying and mapping key stakeholders relevant to circular economy policy and practice, including public institutions, private sector actors, business associations, and civil society organisations. Using a structured stakeholder mapping methodology, surveys, and targeted interviews, the project generates comparable evidence on stakeholders’ roles, interests, relationships, and levels of influence. The results feed into analytical reporting and the development of an interactive stakeholder network map, providing policy makers and programme partners with practical insights to strengthen circular economy governance, cooperation, and policy design across the region.
