Irakli Gabunia is a Senior ACT Selection Officer and Competency Leader. He joined the team in 2005 as a Database Specialist and also held a position as Data Entry Coordinator. He has participated in many local and international projects as a Database and Selection Specialist. His primary responsibility is to participate in the development of statistically reliable and valid quantitative study design, in the selection of a sample for a specific research project, and in ensuring the accuracy of the study results.

Irakli holds a master's degree in economics from Tbilisi State University. Currently, he oversees the development process of the selection direction and expands the company's competencies in this direction.
