Tinatin Rukhadze is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of ACT Global, where she defines the firm’s vision, drives its international expansion, and leads its strategic development. Under her leadership, ACT Global has grown into a multi-country organization serving diverse markets and sectors.

In addition to her leadership role, Tinatin is a senior management consultant specializing in business strategy and organizational transformation. She works closely with top executives to address complex growth challenges, enhance organizational effectiveness, and lead large-scale transformation initiatives. She is particularly recognized for leading complex, cross-sector transformation efforts in diverse and challenging environments.

With over 20 years of experience, Tinatin combines entrepreneurial leadership with deep consulting expertise. Her background in psychology enables her to navigate both the strategic and human dimensions of transformation, making her especially effective in complex environments.

Beyond her executive role, Tinatin actively contributes to the development of entrepreneurial and leadership ecosystems. She mentors startup founders and women entrepreneurs, participates in investment initiatives, and speaks on business transformation and leadership.

Tinatin holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Tbilisi State University and an MBA in Management Consulting from Grenoble Ecole de Management.

She is a recipient of the Veuve Clicquot Business Woman Award, which recognizes outstanding women leaders with global impact.
