Nestan Gaprindashvili has ten years of practical experience in the areas of policy analysis, public finance, economic impact assessments, costs and benefits analysis. She has worked at various times in the legislative and executive departments of central and local governments, in research organizations, and also has experience as a lecturer and trainer. She has actively participated in international projects and educational courses related to the profession.

Nestan holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in public administration from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, and is currently a doctoral student in economics at the same university.
