What do we do? 


Today, it can be concluded for sure that competitiveness of modern companies significantly depends on how flexible they are, how fast they can adapt and response to the emerging challenges. In today’s complex and changing world, almost every company faces inevitable transformation which equally refers to its leadership as well as overall, organizational and operation aspects.

Even though the majority of organizations realize the need of transformation, but they mostly do not know how to cope with this process successfully. They try to digitalize and stumble upon various difficulties as transformation first of all starts with the change of thinking and changes, with a new mindset. This new mindset and values require different, completely new organizational setting. This, on its part, implies remodeling of the company’s organizational structure. Only after making these complex steps it becomes possible to digitalize processes successfully.


Agile approaches and methods are considered to be one of the best and most effective ways to establish changes. Based on our observation, number of those companies that are already on the way or want to establish agile approaches in the company grows day by day. It is also worth considering that agile ultimately is a combination of methodologies and it cannot be the end in itself for transformation of organizations.

Based on our experience, regardless of its (seemingly) simplicity, when establishing agile approaches, company may face various difficulties, if those difficulties are not timely detected and improperly treated, they can cause serious delays in the process and sometimes even result in failure of entire project/changes. Based on our observation, these difficulties are often related to the following issues:


  • Company’s existing culture, issues related to acceptance/unacceptance of a new philosophy by employees;
  • Insufficient preparation for changes (insufficient time dedicated to implementation of required communication and activities);
  • Transferring already existing experience directly without proper analysis and adaptation.


But in cases when transformational processes are planned in the company and implemented correctly, soon enough it boosts motivation and involvement of employees, their responsibility and focus on specific goals. As effectiveness increases, achieved results become visible and tangible, consumers become more satisfied which in long term perspective positively affects company’s development.


How do we work?


For effective and success establishment of agile approaches, we conduct the following activities on different stages:

Defining transformation goals / specific action plan arrow

Analysis of the company’s current condition and definition of desirable goals (where is the company now? What is its strategic goal? What are goals of transformation? What do they want to achieve as a result of transformation?) In order to answer those questions, we analyze various indicators of the company, together with management, we conduct in-depth interviews or facilitating workshops where goals are clearly defined and specific desirable outcomes are set.


Afterwards, together with the company’s management, we work on development of short-term and long-term strategy, specific actions plan in the format of facilitating workshops and purposeful meetings.

Plan on preparatory works arrow

When establishing agile approach, we pay particular attention to preparatory works. In order to properly plan preparatory works, we deem it important to study company’s culture and readiness of employees. For this purpose, we apply various internal organizational studies (ONA, Value Study, etc.).

Selection of agile methods / approaches arrow

We select the best agile practices, methodologies and approaches and adjust them to the needs of our client companies. In addition, we offer agile trainings and workshops tailored to the specific objectives.

Communication campaign arrow

For successful implementation of the pilot stage of transformation, we deem it important to conduct correct communication campaign. Respectively, we help companies plan such activities which follows with regular assessment of outcomes. Based on analysis of preliminary results of assessment, we develop recommendations and respectively, make corrections in the planned activities together with the company’s transformational team.

Change of organizational structure arrow

For switching to agile management of the company it is important to make respective changes in organizational structure, to realize new roles and to prepare employees for this. We help companies adapt organizational structure and roles, develop competences relevant to roles and job descriptions, employees’ understanding of their roles and establishment of the respective processes.
